Starting from expertise in processing steel semi-finished products, as a third-party manufacturer for the office furniture industry, and table bases for the contract world, to configure an offering of finished products consisting of a complete collection of tables and seating, to be produced, marketed, and sold directly through a new company and a new brand.
An important third-party consultancy firm has drafted a 5-year industrial plan, in which the budget related to the marketing and communication sector was identified. The repositioning process began in 2019 with the definition of storytelling, the search for a naming, bridging the past, present, and future, and the creation of all necessary marketing, communication, and trade tools for the implementation of the new industrial project.
