Among all the various projects developed buy us, the one that required us more efforts was The “Troubleshooting Manual”, a communication support thought to be the right answer to all the problems linked with the industrial use of the abrasive.
In dealing with this project we interfaced and related with the company’s commercial managers and technical office to list and explain in the better way all the possible criticisms connected with the use of the product, suggesting at the same time the relative solutions.
