Parco Stella, retail park in Oderzo, entrusted us from the outset with its communication and commercial promotion. In 2018, it began an important digital-transformation journey that saw the launch of a website and social channels, culminating in 2025 with the opening of its Instagram profile.
The goal was clear: strengthen the park’s presence in the area by targeting users living within a 40–50 km radius. To achieve this, we developed a local-promotion strategy grounded in communication that speaks to the community’s needs and values. Social-media management combined organic content with paid advertising campaigns, while visibility was further boosted through display ads on local portals such as Oggi Treviso.
Results followed quickly: the brand gained visibility, the online community grew, and audience engagement rose, reinforcing a sense of belonging. Parco Stella has become a showcase of how digital communication can be a key tool for territorial marketing.
