Gi.Di. Meccanica, a manufacturer of components for the sports and automotive sectors, chose IDP to embark on a marketing and communication journey that kicked off with the celebrations for its fortieth anniversary.

To celebrate 40 years of activity, the company, with our support, organized two events in one, involving both the manufacturing plant and an exceptional location, Villa Brandolini D’Adda.

We took care of every single aspect of both the event and its promotion, activating all areas of expertise: branding, event management, digital marketing, graphic design, and press office.

The Open Factory
The highlight of the project was the Open Factory that Gi.Di. Meccanica wanted to organize for the entire community. An “open doors” event that allowed visitors to enter the heart of the company, discover its working methods, and innovations. All supports were personalized and branded: stage, staff outfits, invitations, accreditation passes, speaker stations, as well as all logistics, hostesses, and service personnel, everything was coordinated by IDP.

We worked on the concept of the event as a whole, starting from the logo and naming. To promote it, the visual was adapted to various online and offline media: an informative landing page dedicated to event registration, advertising in print media, LED billboards, newsletters, and digital campaigns. Additionally, press office work was completed, including invitations, pre and post-event press releases dedicated to relations with journalists.

The Gala Dinner
Villa Brandolini D’Adda was the exceptional setting for the post-Open Factory party. The carefully planned setup created a soft and elegant atmosphere.

The barn, illuminated with the colors of the visual, hosted the cocktail hour, accompanied by a live music performance.
Later on, the open bar and dance floor brought energy to the evening.
The scenic “granary” allowed us to accommodate over 400 guests for the Gala Dinner. The evening was very beautiful and we had the pleasure to live many highlights: the screening of the spot produced by us, Dino Giusti’s speech, the cake cutting, and the employee awards ceremony.
